Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within four (5) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note that we only refund to the payment method that you originally used – i.e. payment by credit card will be refunded to the same credit card, payment by Instant EFT or COD (cash on delivery) will be refunded to your nominated bank account,
Damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 7 days of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge.
The following items cannot be exchanged:
-cleaning products once opened, cannot be returned
-wrong colours of stone material won’t be exchanged as is a costumed made product

Standard Returns Policy
Preparing your products for a return: To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.

If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) refuse the return, or only to replace the item that you did return; or to estimate the value of the missing accessories and parts and to credit or refund you in respect of the returned item only.
